Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Premium Plug. We want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and satisfying as possible. Please read the following Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@premiumplug.ie within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Shipping Your Return
After receiving the RMA number, please package the item securely and include the RMA number on the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, colour, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a return or replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.
